1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Applyd ("the Service"), including our website at aiapplyd.com and web dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Applyd is an AI-powered job application platform. The Service uses artificial intelligence to help users score resumes against job descriptions, apply to matched jobs, build optimized resumes, and track their entire job search pipeline. AI Applyd is developed and operated by Ava Bagherzadeh, based in Vancouver, BC, Canada.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account using email or Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use AI Applyd only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these terms. You may not:

• Use the Service for any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service beyond normal usage
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service for unauthorized purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission

5. Subscription and Payments

AI Applyd offers both free and paid subscription plans. Free accounts include limited AI-powered features. Paid subscriptions provide additional tokens, features, and priority access. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, logos, and content, is the property of AI Applyd and is protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property. You retain ownership of any personal data and content you provide through the Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep AI Applyd available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

8. AI-Generated Content

AI Applyd uses AI models to generate resume scores, job matches, interview questions, resume builds, and application suggestions based on your profile data and job descriptions. While we aim for accuracy, AI-generated content may not always be perfect. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated information before use. AI Applyd is not liable for any consequences resulting from inaccurate AI-generated content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Applyd and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you should stop using the Service.
